Add value to your business with an aligned, sustainable social purpose
Use your resources: your people, products and profit
Business has an increasingly important role to play in creating positive social impact in the world.
You may be thinking about how your company can add value to the communities you work in, how you can develop a culture that attracts talented people who are proud to work for you, or how to develop sustainable products and services.
Embedding a social purpose into your business and connecting with the humanity of your employees adds value to your brand and gives you a competitive edge with customers and partners who want to work with a business with clear values.
Profit with Purpose Founder Isabel Kelly understands the strategic and operational needs of business as well as how to make social impact. She spent 11 years at Amnesty International before joining Salesforce Foundation where, for over 12 years, she grew both sales and philanthropy programs as its International Director.
Isabel can give you high-level expert advice on your social impact strategy, hand-holding during its implementation, as well as introductions to a wide network of relevant associates and partners.
As a recognised thought-leader, Isabel has broad knowledge of CSR and sustainability frameworks and is well connected within the nonprofit sector.
In 2002 Salesforce founder Marc Benioff hired Isabel to develop the Salesforce Foundation internationally. She grew a team of 30 people in 9 countries donating and discounting Salesforce technology to thousands of nonprofits in 110 countries, generating revenue of $12m to fund grants, and achieving 80% employee participation in volunteering.
While at Amnesty International in the 1990’s Isabel was inspired to work with companies while collaborating with John Kamm, a US businessman working in Hong Kong, who used his influence to secure the release of pro-democracy and religious prisoners in China.
“Companies with a purpose beyond profit tend to make more money.”
